Bay Ridge Gardens
The renovation of 198 garden apartments, including a wide range of interior and exterior work, scoped at 6 units per week.
Dweck Properties enlisted the services of Sugar Mill Construction (SMC) for a large-scale renovation project encompassing 33 buildings and 198 garden-style apartments. The project required the renovation of six occupied units per week, and entailed a comprehensive scope of work including the installation of new countertops, appliances, backsplash, flooring, paint, plumbing and electrical fixtures, bathroom tile, and bath accessories.
Furthermore, SMC was tasked with completing an exterior building scope that involved repairing or replacing existing steel stairs as necessary, installing new concrete treads and landings, performing brick tuck and point work, applying exterior paint, installing lighting fixtures, and applying an epoxy coating at concrete surfaces.
