Crystal Towers
The transformation of a 912-unit apartment building with complete gut renovation and installation of new finishes.
Dweck Properties contracted Sugar Mill Construction (SMC) to carry out the renovation of Crystal Towers, a 12-story, 912-unit apartment building. The scope of work included a complete gut renovation of the units, relocation of interior partitions, installation of all new electrical rough-ins, and adjustment of other utilities to accommodate the new layout. The project also involved the installation of new finishes throughout the building, including cabinets, countertops, light and plumbing fixtures, flooring, paint, appliances, tile, shower, tubs, and kitchen backsplash.
