A comprehensive renovation for the 564 units at Halpine View Apartments.
Snell Properties contracted the services of Sugar Mill Construction (SMC) for the purpose of renovating the Halpine View Apartments, a large-scale residential complex consisting of 564 units. The scope of work included a comprehensive renovation of each unit, encompassing the installation of new flooring, cabinets, countertops, tile backsplash, appliances, carpet, paint, plumbing and electrical fixtures, as well as glazing of shower and tub surround areas.
